I decided to look into combining some Spanish and French architecture with abstraction for the buildings. As Miro travelled a lot between the two countries, I wanted this to be reflected in some of the designs. Instead of just drawing architecture I wanted them to link to my other building designs therefore, I decided to make it look like the abstraction was growing/ morphing with the buildings. These would also link to the art movement surrealism as parts of them would be detailed and realistic, while the rest would be distorted and abstract.
