LIFE DRAWING SUBMISSION - YEAR 1
Overall, I have really enjoyed this years life drawing sessions. They have taught me to experiment more with the compositions of pieces and the techniques used to create tone etc. I have started to use colour a lot more freely as well, instead of just black and white pencil tone.
Although it was interesting to draw various nude models I really enjoyed drawing the clothed models just as much. The fabric created a lot of death in the pieces, and allowed strong shadows to form. Therefore, it would be nice to maybe explore more clothed models or possibly different costumes and see how they apply to the human form.
